Orders over 100 will come with free next day delivery and as for orders less than 100, we only charge 5 for the same level of excellent service. However, large items such as TVs will take slightly longer - typically 5 working days. Customers will be given a tracking number which enables them to track their order in transit so they know exactly where it is at any given time. We excel in customer care and satisfaction. Our 7 day return policy is a perfect example. It allows our customers peace of mind when shopping with us. This policy gives our customer the right to return the item for an exchange or full refund if they are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. 90% of the items sold on our website, we physically hold in stock. The remaining 10% we get our suppliers to dispatch directly to the customer eg. TVs. We supply a daily updated datafeed for all our affiliates to use.
